LICENSING AGREEMENT By clicking the “Accept License Agreement”, you, the “Licensee” agree to all terms of this Photographer User License Agreement hereinafter referred to as "PULA".

MyPhotoTemplates.com or MyGraphicTemplates.com and its partners retain all ownership and international copyrights to any electronic file included in Licensee's download. Any electronic files, or portions of files, including text nodes, frames, templates and other design elements are for the sole and limited use of the Licensee. All files included in the license fee are for the private or professional use of the Licensee for the purpose of enhancing images captured solely by the licensee and which the Licensee owns the copyright to the images.

Licensee may not sell or distribute these electronic files to any third party without the express written permission of MyPhotoTemplates.com or MyGraphicTemplates.com. Licensee will not allow others to make copies of these files and agrees to report any violators to MyPhotoTemplates.com or MyGraphicTemplates.com.

Licensee is free to modify the files, however Licensee is not permitted to incorporate the modifications into another unflattened electronic file or product and sell for profit, or non-profit, or distribute in any manner whatsoever.

Under no circumstances are these files to be used by photography labs, service bureaus, or other fulfillment services. Licensee may submit flattened composites containing images from Licensee to third parties fulfillment services for printing on behalf of and paid for by the Licensee only.

Licensor retains right to embed a traceable unique electronic id in any file downloaded from MyPhotoTemplates.com or MyGraphicTemplates.com for the purpose of tracking copyright violations. Licensor retains any and all legal remedies necessary, including assistance from the Business Software Alliance (BSA), the Federation Against Software Theft (Fast), and other international authorities, to prosecute all individuals or entities violating this PULA. Under no circumstances, may anyone post any file, or portions of files, through electronic resources in a downloadable format.

Use of these files in a manner not specifically authorized by this PULA constitutes international copyright infringement and will be subject to damages of no less than $250,000. Any photo lab, service bureau, or other fulfillment service found using these files will be subject to immediate damages of no less than $2,000,000.

These files are licensed "as is". Considerable effort has gone into the development and testing of these files. MyPhotoTemplates.com and MyGraphicTemplates.com cannot guarantee they will function on every computer or operating system. MyPhotoTemplates.com and MyGraphicTemplates.com assume no liability for any harm or damages these files may cause.

All rights not expressly granted to Licensee in this PULA are reserved to MyPhotoTemplates.com or MyGraphicTemplates.com.
